Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings made with Stockholm Business class taxi. By making a booking you accept the terms set out below.

1. Company Information

2. Services

We provide licensed chauffeur and taxi transfer services in the Stockholm region, including Arlanda and Bromma airport transfers, business and corporate transport, and private tours.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us stating the pickup time, vehicle class and price. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the information supplied (address, flight number, date, time, contact number) is accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Fixed-price airport transfers apply to the route and vehicle class shown in the confirmation. Extra stops, waiting time beyond the included grace period, tolls, congestion charges or additional services may be charged separately.

Payment can be made by the methods offered at checkout or, for corporate accounts, by invoice with agreed payment terms.

5. Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: the full booking amount may be charged.
  • For airport arrivals we monitor the flight; if a flight is delayed or diverted, the booking is adjusted at no cost.

Corporate accounts may have separate cancellation terms in their written agreement.

6. Waiting Time

For airport pickups a reasonable grace period is included from the time the flight lands. For address pickups a shorter grace period applies. Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable per-minute rate stated at the time of booking.

7. Customer Conduct

Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, the vehicle or other road users. We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated to the point of risk, or transports prohibited items. Cleaning or damage caused by passengers may be charged at cost.

8. Luggage and Passengers

The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must not exceed the vehicle's capacity as specified in the booking confirmation. Additional luggage should be declared in advance so the correct vehicle can be assigned.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stockholm Business class taxi is liable for direct damage caused by our negligence up to the amount of the affected booking, except where mandatory Swedish law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or meetings caused by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

10. Personal Data

Personal data provided in connection with a booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR information page.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to hassantaxiservices1122@gmail.com as soon as possible after the journey so we can investigate. Swedish consumers may also refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Swedish court, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
