We collect only the data necessary to provide our chauffeur and transfer services:

• Contact form data: name, email, phone number, message.
• Booking data: pickup and drop-off address, date and time, flight number, passenger count, luggage and any special requests.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Communication history relating to your booking.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage data via cookies and analytics.

• To perform the transport contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): booking, confirmation, dispatch and invoicing.
• To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
• To comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping under the Swedish Accounting Act (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing without your explicit consent and is kept only as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting booking.

Booking details are shared with the assigned chauffeur strictly to perform the transfer. Where a corporate account books on behalf of a passenger, we share only the information required for the ride.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers who act as independent data controllers or processors. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store full card numbers or CVC codes. Invoice data is retained for the period required by Swedish bookkeeping law (currently seven years).

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. Analytics data is used in an aggregated form and does not identify individual users. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some site features may then be limited.

We share personal data only with:

• Chauffeurs and dispatch staff performing your booking.
• Payment providers, hosting providers and IT service providers acting as processors under written agreements.
• Public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: booking and enquiry data for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable follow-up period, and accounting records for the statutory period under Swedish law.
